Carol Dettman - Operations Manager
Carol completed a BSc from Monash University in Melbourne, Australia in 1987. Whilst studying for her degree and upon graduation, Carol worked as a Laboratory Scientist for Oakleigh Pathology Service for three years. Carol then moved to Biological Therapies for 3 years, where she worked in Production Supervision, Quality Control and Research and Development. Carol then worked as a Production Supervisor for David Bull Laboratories/Faulding Pharmaceuticals and for Bristol Myers Squibb as a Validation Officer. She then returned to academic life and completed a first class honors degree at Melbourne University before beginning her PhD. For the past 15 years, Carol has worked at Biological Therapies, mainly in Production Management and GMP compliance, and also in Validation, Research and Development, and Sales and Marketing.
